What to include

  • Your Beantracker app version (Settings screen, bottom)
  • Device model (e.g. iPhone 15)
  • iOS version
  • A short description of what happened vs. what you expected
  • A screenshot or recording when relevant

Subscriptions & billing

Beantracker Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. View, change, or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore a purchase, open Beantracker → paywall or Settings → Restore Purchases.

Your data

Cups and settings are stored privately in your own iCloud account — we never see them. See the Your Data page for export and delete options.
