Terms of Use

By downloading or using Beantracker (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial use, per Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Don't misuse the App — no reverse engineering, tampering, disruption, or unlawful use.

Beantracker estimates caffeine intake and timing for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for professional guidance; caffeine values are approximations. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary decisions.

Optional auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused free-trial portion is forfeited on purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your cups, drinks, and preferences belong to you and are stored in your own iCloud account; we claim no ownership.

Provided "as is" and "as available." We may update, change, or discontinue features. iCloud sync depends on Apple's services and your network.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the App anytime by deleting it. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
